What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God and my willingness to face myself at the deepest level. In 2015, I had destroyed my life and everything in it. I lost my children, my home, my dog, everything. I had a drug addiction and ended up in jail, and honestly, that was the best thing that ever happened for me in my life. I was placed in a seg cell because I was rowdy and full of anger, and whenever you have to face yourself on a level like that and there is no running, I had no other option but to reach out and say I am the reason, help me. I made a promise to God that if He helped me through this, I would do this, and I have not broken that promise to this day. God has taken me down a path, and I started changing my prayer life. I said, you know what God, show me the truths of the world, put the people in my path that you want to guide me and help me. That's when the out-of-the-box spiritual people started crossing my path, shamans, hypnotherapy therapists, life force activation facilitators, all of these people started coming across my path just randomly, and that's when the healing really got deep. I was truly, truly tired of the chaos and who I was and what I had created in my life. I got connected with myself and with God, and that's how I maintain and grew from it. Through working with my own personal energy, and I only speak through personal experiences to teach others, it has given me the courage and the self-confidence to do things I never in a million years thought I would do.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received was to use my voice for something that heals, not harms. That truth changed everything for me. People feel your energy before they ever fully understand your words, so if you’re going to lead, lead with truth, integrity, and something that helps people remember their power.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Michelle encourages young women to trust themselves, embrace their story, and understand that their past does not define them—but can instead become a source of strength and purpose.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest shifts happening right now is that people are finally slowing down and reconnecting—both with themselves and with something greater than them. There’s a growing awareness that true healing isn’t found outside of us, but through presence, self-connection, and inner work. The opportunity in this field is helping people move beyond surface-level practices and into real, embodied transformation. As more people begin to question old systems and seek deeper truth, there’s a powerful return to more natural, holistic ways of living, healing, and understanding themselves. I believe this shift is not only personal—it’s something that’s happening on a much larger, collective level.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity, healing, faith, and purpose are central to Michelle’s values. She is deeply committed to helping others feel seen, understood, and empowered in their own journeys.
