From a young age, Natalia’s ambition to make a difference led her to pursue studies in science, specializing in clinical research. Her goal was clear: to contribute to innovative treatments and improve healthcare outcomes.
Natalia’s aspirations didn’t stop there. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a news anchor, drawn to the power of communication and storytelling. As an adult, she discovered her natural talent for public speaking, which eventually led her to create engaging podcasts, further amplifying her message of empowerment and personal transformation.
Today, Natalia wears many hats with grace and purpose. She is a certified life coach, CEO of Take the Risk and Take Off, Innata Non Profit and Business Partner of RGM Accounting. She leverages her expertise to guide others on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is this: remember that the beginning of everything starts with you. Believe in your abilities, trust your vision, and take ownership of your journey.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are diligence, integrity, wisdom, righteousness, and teamwork. I believe that staying committed, doing what’s right, and working collaboratively with others create the foundation for lasting success and meaningful impact.
