The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is this: remember that the beginning of everything starts with you. Believe in your abilities, trust your vision, and take ownership of your journey.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are diligence, integrity, wisdom, righteousness, and teamwork. I believe that staying committed, doing what’s right, and working collaboratively with others create the foundation for lasting success and meaningful impact.

I spent years in clinical research, mentoring professionals across Latin America and the U.S., leading high-performing teams, and stewarding complex operations. It was meaningful work, but it wasn’t my mission. I knew I was being called to build something that couldn’t be measured by metrics alone. Something rooted in restoration, legacy, and generational impact.
Leaving that stability wasn’t easy. But I didn’t leap blindly I leapt from clarity. I didn’t abandon security I stepped into stewardship. And that shift changed everything.
