I attribute my success to persistence and consistency. Some of the most meaningful opportunities in my career came after setbacks, not before them. When things feel difficult or the path forward isn't clear, I focus on showing up every day, doing the work, and continuing to learn rather than giving up. I've learned that resilience isn't about never facing challenges, it's about refusing to quit.

The best career advice I've ever received is simple: don't give up. There will be moments when the challenges feel overwhelming and the path forward isn't clear, but persistence matters. Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep putting in the work, even when progress feels slow.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't let self-doubt stop you from pursuing opportunities you're capable of achieving. Be curious, ask questions, and never stop learning. The technology landscape evolves constantly, and your willingness to adapt will become one of your greatest strengths. Build relationships, find mentors, and don't be afraid to advocate for your ideas.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field is Cross-Functional Leadership. Every organization brings together teams with different priorities, perspectives, and measures of success, which makes alignment both essential and difficult. The key is to surface risks early, encourage open and honest conversations, and discuss trade-offs before decisions are made. When stakeholders understand the rationale behind those decisions and align on shared outcomes, organizations move faster, build greater trust, and deliver better results.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me most are ownership, perseverance, and collaboration. When I commit to something, I see it through. I don't shy away from difficult conversations or complex challenges; instead, I work to understand the root causes, resolve conflicts, and keep everyone focused on the shared goal. I take pride in earning my team's trust by bringing people together, navigating competing priorities, and delivering results on time and within budget.
