It's about leading with integrity, empathy, and resilience. It means using your voice and actions to create positive changes, whether it's in your workplace, within your community, or within those people, those are around you. Influence is not about power, it's about creating an impact.What's one piece of advice would you give to younger women chasing their dreams?Payel Maitra: My advice to younger women who are chasing their dreams is this Believe in yourself even when the path feels to be uncertain. Every challenge you face is an opportunity to grow. So don't get afraid to take any risk. And remember, failure is not the opposite of success, but it's a part of our journey. So surround yourself to those people who uplift you and never stop learning. Your dreams are valid and your voice matters.
