Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having a proactive mindset and a “challenge accepted” philosophy that I developed early in my career. A formative summer job at a country club taught me confidence and professional skills that still guide me today. I’m also grateful for the support I’ve received through my involvement in nonprofit work, including the National MS Society and local community initiatives, often backed by my employer.
