I attribute my success to my faith, my perseverance through both personal and professional challenges, and my commitment to serving others with empathy and integrity.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering this industry to pause, trust the process, and stay grounded in their values. Delays and setbacks do not define your worth or potential—stop and breathe, and remember that a delay does not mean denial. I also recommend finding a strong mentor to guide you and resisting the urge to rush your journey.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I see in my field is attracting and retaining diverse talent in manufacturing. At the same time, I believe the greatest opportunity lies in building stronger cultures of inclusion, mentorship, and leadership development for women.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are faith, resilience, authenticity, and service. I am also deeply committed to creating safe spaces where people can grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, I am passionate about writing, podcasting, and faith-based encouragement. I also find purpose in sharing my story of healing and growth to help others navigate life transitions.
