Sara Aouni
Dr. Sara Aouni is a Juris Doctor, with over a decade of experience in domestic and international mediation. Dr. Aouni is a dedicated and certified mediator who brings a wealth of expertise in conflict resolution to peacebuilding. Dr. Aouni holds certifications under the Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 and the Florida Supreme Court Family Mediation Program, as well as certification as a mediator of the Mediation Center for the Pacific in Hawaii. Her background in mental health and human rights advocacy has equipped her to facilitate effective communication, identify underlying issues, and develop solutions that prioritize positive outcomes for all parties. Dr. Aouni's experience in peer mediation and restorative justice in educational settings, combined with her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, provides her with a unique perspective and ability to navigate the complex demands of the mediation field. As the President of Pax Mediation Center LLC, International Arbitrator, relationship coach, divorce coach, Restorative Justice Specialist, and International Mediator and Peacebuilder Trainer at the European Center of Development and Geostrategic Studies and Analysis (ECDA), Ambassador of the Peace Studies Center in Sri Lanka, and Ambassador of Medianos Center in Italy, Dr. Aouni brings a comprehensive approach to conflict resolution and peacebuilding around the globe. Dr. Aouni collaborates to advance AI-driven mediation solutions. She gives many courses for mediation and arbitration to many universities.
