What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the example set by my mom. Watching her dedication, resilience, and work ethic as an entrepreneur inspired me to pursue my goals with the same level of commitment and determination. Her influence continues to motivate me every day.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is: don’t be afraid to use your voice and stand confidently in your ideas. Know your worth, advocate for yourself, and trust that you bring unique value to the table. Confidence and authenticity will carry you far.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity, collaboration, and community. As a Girl Scout leader and a parent, I deeply value time spent with my family—whether we’re hiking, building Legos, or working on crafts together. These experiences remind me of the importance of patience, curiosity, and connection—values I strive to carry into everything I do professionally.
