Her Interview
Ten minutes with Stephanie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, believing in myself, and being willing to create something different. I’ve learned that success doesn’t come from having a perfect blueprint… it comes from showing up, learning, adapting, and staying committed to the vision even when others don’t understand it yet.
Most importantly, I believe success comes from staying authentic and using my experiences to create something meaningful that helps others.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was to learn your value, because if you don’t recognize your own worth, it’s difficult for others to see it too.
It reminded me that it’s time to stand up, step into my power, and believe in what I’m capable of creating. When you truly believe in yourself and stop shrinking for others, you open the door to opportunities you never imagined.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to stop worrying about what others think and trust yourself. You don’t need to follow someone else’s blueprint to create something meaningful.
Be bold enough to take up space, stay true to who you are, and don’t let other people’s opinions limit what you’re capable of building. Your unique perspective is your power.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field is creating something that has never existed before…building in a space without a blueprint.
I’m changing the way people view the role of a supportive partner, especially behind high-performance careers. There’s so much that happens behind the scenes that people don’t see: the emotional support, patience, communication, accountability, and growth it takes to build together.
The opportunity is creating a community where partners feel seen, valued, and understood …because success is never built by one person alone.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are authenticity, love, growth, and resilience. I believe in showing up as my real self, learning through every season of life, and using my experiences to inspire and uplift others. Whether in my work or personal life, I lead with compassion, accountability, and the belief that we’re always becoming a better version of ourselves.
