Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to obedience to my faith, perseverance, and a willingness to step out even before everything felt fully formed. I believe my impact comes from trusting God’s direction, staying consistent even when growth feels slow, and showing up authentically for the women I serve, rather than trying to follow traditional business formulas. My coaching practice, which I officially launched in April 2023, is built on a strong foundation of professional experience, faith-based leadership, and years of personal ministry and mentorship with women. Previously, I worked in healthcare as an infectious disease control specialist, where I supported operating departments in high-pressure, detail-driven environments. Over time, I felt called to transition into faith-centered coaching—a role that aligns deeply with my spiritual purpose and my desire to help women heal and grow internally. The most fulfilling part of my work is witnessing the “aha moments” in my clients—especially when they begin to recognize their worth, gain confidence, and set boundaries rooted in faith. Watching women step into freedom and spiritual clarity after seasons of struggle gives me profound purpose.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women to trust the calling on their lives, even when the path feels unclear or unconventional. It is important to stay rooted in faith, seek support from other women, and remember that growth takes time—especially when building something meaningful and spiritually grounded.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I see in my field is helping women who are deeply guarded or struggling to experience breakthroughs despite guidance and support. At the same time, the cultural noise and confusion around identity create both a challenge and an opportunity: they make faith-based coaching more necessary than ever, requiring patience, prayer, and discernment to guide women toward clarity and transformation.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Faith, integrity, authenticity, and community are the core values that guide my life and work. I prioritize helping women understand their God-given identity and worth, while personally valuing family, spiritual discipline, and creating safe spaces where women can grow without judgment. Outside of coaching, I enjoy reading, writing, watching movies, and spending time outdoors camping and hiking with my family. I am actively involved in my church community, participate in women’s Bible study, and treasure quality time with my husband and four children as a central part of my life.
