Aethreallegence is a real-time inventory intelligence platform built to help businesses understand what is actually happening inside their stores.

Instead of relying on manual counts or static reports, our system uses computer vision and continuous learning to maintain inventory truth in real time. We focus on reducing operational stress, minimizing shrinkage, and giving business owners greater clarity and confidence in their data.

Our mission is simple: bring practical, accessible intelligence to everyday operators. We believe inventory should not be a guessing game. It should be clear, consistent, and reliable.

5Aethreallegence is built to support growth, not add complexity, helping businesses operate with more peace of mind and less uncertainty.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I think, more than anything, it comes down to not giving up.

I didn’t start this journey knowing everything. I started with a problem I cared deeply about and a commitment to keep going, even when things felt overwhelming or uncertain. I’ve never been afraid to ask questions, to admit when I don’t know something, and to grow into the role over time.

I’ve also learned to be patient with myself. I didn’t walk into tech knowing everything. I’m still learning every day. I think success comes from being willing to grow publicly and not letting fear stop you. I’ve have been really blessed to have people around me who supported me, challenged me, and believed in what I was building. That matters more than people realize.

More than anything, I’ve just stayed consistent. I keep showing up, keep learning, and keep building. Sometimes success isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about not giving up.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

You don’t have to have all the answers to start. Start where you are, stay curious, and grow into the role. Confidence is built through action, not perfection

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You don’t have to have all the answers before you start. Focus on solving real problems, stay committed to learning, and trust that your perspective brings value. Tech needs more women who are willing to step forward, grow publicly, and build solutions that matter.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges right now is trust. There’s a lot of excitement around technology and AI, but many business owners have experienced tools that promised more than they delivered. So there’s understandable hesitation.

At the same time, that creates a real opportunity. Businesses are looking for solutions that are practical, reliable, and easy to understand. They don’t want complexity. They want clarity.

I believe the opportunity in this field is building systems that truly support everyday operators. Not flashy technology, but tools that quietly make their work easier and reduce stress.

The future isn’t about replacing people. It’s about giving them better visibility and confidence in the decisions they make every day.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I think the biggest values for me are honesty, growth, and just genuinely caring about people.

Honesty matters a lot to me. In tech, especially, you’re building things that people depend on. So I believe in being transparent, admitting when you’re still learning, and doing things the right way, even when it’s harder.

Growth is important because I don’t believe anyone ever fully ‘arrives.’ I’m always learning. I’m always stretching myself. And I want to keep becoming better, not just professionally but personally too.

And caring about people is really at the center of everything. I’m not building something just to say I built it. I want business owners to sleep better at night. I want families to feel less stress. If what I’m doing doesn’t actually help someone in real life, then it’s not worth it to me.
