What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to continuous learning, adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to take on complex challenges. Technology evolves rapidly, and I believe staying curious while maintaining a strong foundation in both business and technical strategy has been critical to my growth. I also value collaboration and believe the best outcomes come from empowering teams and building strong relationships across organizations.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Do not limit yourself to the role you have today — prepare yourself for the role you want tomorrow.” That advice taught me to think beyond immediate responsibilities, continuously invest in learning, and develop both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be confident in your voice, stay curious, and never underestimate the value of your perspective. Technology needs diverse thinkers, leaders, and innovators. Do not wait until you feel 100% ready before pursuing opportunities — growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Build strong networks, seek mentors, continue learning, and believe that your contributions can create meaningful impact.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities is the rapid advancement of AI and intelligent automation across customer experience and enterprise operations. Organizations now have the ability to deliver highly personalized, data-driven experiences at scale.
At the same time, balancing innovation with responsible AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and organizational readiness remains a major challenge. The future will belong to organizations that can combine innovation with trust, resilience, and human-centered design.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, continuous growth, collaboration, and purposeful impact are values that guide both my professional and personal life. I believe in leading with empathy, staying accountable, supporting others through mentorship, and creating solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for businesses, communities, and future generations.
