About

I believe great employee benefits are about more than insurance—they’re about improving lives, solving complex challenges, and creating meaningful experiences for employees and their families.

As Managing Partner of Northgate Benefit Group, I bring more than 20 years of experience helping employers, brokers, carriers, and technology partners develop innovative benefits strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. Throughout my career, I’ve led high-performing teams, built strategic partnerships, and guided organizations through growth and transformation. My expertise spans voluntary benefits, employee benefits consulting, sales leadership, benefits technology, and business strategy.

I’m passionate about challenging the status quo and finding better ways to serve employers and employees. That passion has led me to develop a benefits navigation solution designed to simplify the employee experience, and to co-found Leaders of Voluntary, an initiative dedicated to connecting, mentoring, and empowering women across the voluntary benefits industry.

Whether I’m advising clients, speaking at industry events, mentoring emerging leaders, or exploring how AI can transform the future of benefits consulting, my focus remains the same: build relationships, solve meaningful problems, and create lasting impact.

I’m always interested in connecting with professionals who share a passion for innovation, leadership, and the future of employee benefits.
