The Day She Learned to Read the Numbers

What truly drove me to understand the numbers was my passion to create passive income and the determination to prove that consistent effort leads to real success. Learning to master the financial side of my business turned that goal into a reality.

My journey has taught me that growth doesn't require having every step figured out, it requires the courage to take the next one. Moving from Puerto Rico to Baltimore, earning my MSW, and building a career in social work and public service have each challenged me to trust my voice and recognize the value of my experiences. My faith has grounded me, and my commitment to serving others continues to give my work purpose. To women finding their way: you can be ambitious and still need support. You can serve others and still honor your boundaries. Define success in a way that reflects your values, and give yourself permission to grow at your own pace.
