Celebrating Recognition as One of the Most Influential Women in Education and Beyond
I am truly honored to have been selected to be featured in Most Influential Women, a national publication dedicated to celebrating trailblazing women who are shaping industries, driving innovation, and making a meaningful impact. I am grateful to stand alongside so many powerful women and to be part of a movement that not only celebrates achievement but also pours back into others—especially within the field of education.
Since 2013, I've been teaching DLPT, OPI to the U.S. military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Special Operations Command) collaborated with the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) and Air Force Scholarship Program.
I am currently teaching the US military as an Assistant Professor at UMGC.
This recognition is incredibly humbling and fills me with deep gratitude—for life, for the experiences that have shaped my journey, and for the people who continue to influence and support me along the way. I remain committed to paying it forward by supporting, empowering, and elevating others as they grow.
