Andie remains actively involved in community and nonprofit efforts, particularly with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Indiana Chapter, where she participates in partnership and recognition initiatives. Her career journey — spanning healthcare, fitness, youth development, hospitality, and now sales leadership — reflects her adaptability, resilience, and passion for making a meaningful impact. Whether supporting customers, mentoring colleagues, or engaging in community partnerships, Andie leads with heart and a clear focus on building relationships that last.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the example my parents set for me every single day. Their hard work, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to each other have shaped who I am both personally and professionally. My mom, Jean Hochmeister, worked as a nurse, and my dad, Gordon, served as a state policeman — and for over 60 years they’ve built a loving, supportive partnership that continues to inspire me. I’m incredibly grateful for the encouragement, strength, and values they’ve given me throughout my life and career.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Focus on becoming the best version of yourself and don’t be afraid of failure — it’s part of how you grow. Choose a path you’re truly passionate about, put in the work, and keep believing in yourself even when the journey feels tough.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, transparency, and staying open-minded and open-hearted are the values that guide me in both my work and personal life. I’m most proud of the meaningful relationships I’ve built over the years and the ability to create lasting connections by bringing value to others. Supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Indiana Chapter is especially close to my heart, and it’s an honor to be involved with a cause that makes such a powerful difference.
