What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to passion, sincerity, and staying authentic and transparent in everything I do. Keeping patients at the center of my work guides my decisions and keeps me grounded in purpose. I’m also deeply driven by the strong work ethic modeled by my immigrant parents, which taught me resilience, gratitude, and the value of hard work.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I’d tell young women entering this industry to start somewhere and give their best in every role, no matter how small it may seem. Bring a positive attitude, treat each job as a stepping stone, and use every experience as a chance to build your skills and your résumé. Don’t be afraid to feel uncomfortable—that’s often where the most growth happens. Most importantly, never stop learning, because the moment you stop learning is the moment you stop growing.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are a patient-first mindset, integrity, and transparency. I believe trust is built through honesty and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. I’m also guided by passion, authenticity, and a strong work ethic, which shape how I show up for others and the standards I set for myself.
