Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my own journey in sobriety, which inspired me to help others see that recovery is possible and that there are meaningful, healthier ways to live. Working in long-term recovery has allowed me to grow professionally—from frontline roles to regional leadership and director positions—while staying deeply connected to the people I serve. I am committed to continuing that growth, and I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in social work to further expand my impact and help even more individuals on their recovery journey.
