What do you attribute your success to?
My passion for technology, strong relationships, and the guidance of remarkable mentors have shaped my career. Working in global tech and supporting clients inspires me every day—and I hope to help more women feel empowered to take up space in a field where their voices are still underrepresented.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I’ve learned to get comfortable with being uncomfortable because real growth never feels easy or cozy. When something scares you just a bit, it’s usually a sign you’re headed in the right direction—and it’s the best way to continue growing personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering tech is quiet their self-doubt and not be afraid to take up space where they have earned it.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in the technology field right now is the intimidation and uncertainty around AI—people feel overwhelmed by the pace of change and unsure where to start. But that challenge is also the biggest opportunity: those who stay curious, adopt AI early, and push their organizations to innovate will unlock enormous efficiency, insight, and competitive advantage.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity, kindness, and doing my best to show up for others are the values that shape how I live and work. In both my personal and professional life, I try to create trust, empower others, and always strive to leave things better than I found them.
