Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents, who have consistently supported and encouraged me throughout my academic journey.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've received was to always carry myself with confidence and to remember that I'm where I am for a reason. Especially as a young woman just starting my professional career, it's easy to doubt myself and feel out of place. This advice has helped me feel more confident in professional settings.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would also advise young women in my industry to carry themselves with confidence, even when you may not actually be feeling confident. Remember that you have worked hard to get where you are and have earned that position, even if you feel out of place at first.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the constant sweeping changes that are happening in the law and in government every day. Times are uncertain and chaotic right now, but that only makes it more important for more young, educated women to get involved and try to make a difference.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me are family and traveling. Family has always been my foundation, and I believe keeping those relationships strong helps me stay grounded and motivated in everything I do. Traveling is also a big value for me because it allows me to experience new cultures, meet different people, and gain fresh perspectives that I can bring back into my personal life and future career.
