Deanna Rodriguez
Deanna Rodriguez is a healthcare leader serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at HMR Veteran's Services, LLC, an organization dedicated to providing long-term care services exclusively for veterans. Based in Edna, Texas, she oversees clinical operations across 15 veteran-focused communities spanning Texas, Alabama, and South Carolina. Her role centers on ensuring consistent clinical standards, regulatory alignment, and strong resident outcomes across all facilities under her leadership.
With 24 years of nursing experience in long-term care, Rodriguez has built her career from the ground up, beginning as an LVN before becoming an RN and advancing through every level of facility operations. She served approximately 14 years as a Director of Nursing, followed by regional clinical leadership, before stepping into her current executive role. Her hands-on experience across multiple operational roles has shaped her practical, systems-based approach to clinical leadership and workforce development.
Rodriguez is widely recognized for her “boots-on-the-ground” leadership philosophy, regularly traveling between facilities to maintain direct engagement with staff and residents. She emphasizes integrity, accountability, and service over credentials, often highlighting that leadership is defined by actions rather than titles or degrees. Her work is rooted in a commitment to improving quality of life for veterans in long-term care through consistent presence, operational excellence, and compassionate clinical oversight.
