About Gracie
I've been in the sports industry since 2018, when I got my first internship as a sophomore in college, and I haven't left the industry since. A lot of my time in sports has come from past mentors who led me to another position, whether they knew someone there or had a connection with someone in another organization, or they empowered me to move on to the next step in my career. I knew I had more to offer in sports and wanted to expand on that. I had kind of outgrown what I was doing at my current position, so I came to Churchill looking for something new, exciting, something to challenge me. It was an unexpected career move that I didn't think I was going to make at the time, but it worked out for me in the long run and has really shaped who I am today. My main area of expertise is ticket operations and ticketing in sports. A lot of my work involves communicating with partners, whether new or existing, making sure we're using our brand and stretching it in ways that benefit the company. My position extends from building out existing season manifests in Ticketmaster to working in FEVO and managing our secondary resale platforms. I also work closely with marketing to get out communication on our upcoming on-sales, meeting with internal departments to make sure everybody's on the same page about what's upcoming and what we need to do better for next year.
