I would advise young women entering the industry to embrace the rapid pace of change and trust themselves. There are no universally right or wrong decisions—what matters most is making choices that align with your values and confidently advocating for yourself.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is encouraging greater participation in developmental courses for employees, especially when these programs are optional. It’s about finding ways to inspire engagement and demonstrate the value of continuous growth.
