What do you attribute your success to?
I credit my success to three key pillars: the unwavering support of my family, the collaborative and empowering environment at work, and my own passion for continuous growth and creating meaningful impact. Together, these forces have shaped my professional journey, fueled my ambition, and inspired me to strive for excellence in every endeavor.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to embrace lifelong learning—never stop growing, both professionally and personally. Continuous development has been the cornerstone of my adaptability, enabling me to expand my skill set, stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry, and seize opportunities that shape my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the tech industry is to embrace lifelong learning and stay curious—technology evolves quickly, and adaptability is your greatest asset. Build a strong network early by connecting with mentors, peers, and communities that support women in tech; these relationships will provide guidance and open doors to opportunities. Speak up and share your ideas confidently because your perspective matters and drives innovation. Focus on impact rather than perfection—progress is what moves the needle. Finally, advocate for yourself by asking for opportunities and stretch assignments. Your voice, skills, and ambition deserve to be recognized.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face today is navigating an environment that adopts new technologies at a slower pace. While this can create hurdles for efficiency and innovation, I see it as an opportunity to lead change—introducing modern solutions, influencing mindsets, and helping the organization evolve to remain competitive and future-ready. Driving transformation in such settings requires persistence, collaboration, and a clear vision, and that’s where I focus my energy.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The value I hold most important in both my professional and personal life is transparency. I believe that open, honest communication builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates an environment where collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect can thrive. Transparency is the foundation for meaningful connections and effective teamwork.
