Ieshia Webster Harris

A student engagement and success professional with a strong background in higher education support, advising, and teaching. She currently serves as an Engagement Specialist at Butler University, is the Founder of SHEroes Inc., and has long-standing experience as Adjunct Faculty at Ivy Tech Community College. Her background includes student success and advising roles with 2U and Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where she supported student persistence, guidance, and academic progress. She holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University and a master’s degree in Management from Capella University.
