What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t confuse longevity with alignment. Periodically reassess who you’re becoming, not just what you’re doing—and give yourself permission to adjust accordingly.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It’s okay to reinvent yourself—and sometimes it’s necessary. Stay true to your why, and give yourself the space to grow and evolve along the way.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A defining challenge in my career was learning where responsibility ended and self-sacrifice began. Mastering that distinction reshaped how I lead, work, and live.
