What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Look for inspiration everywhere—you never know where it might come from. It’s also important to maintain your own creative outlets outside of work to keep your ideas fresh and your perspective unique.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is balancing innovation with cost management. Finding ways to create new, exciting products while keeping them affordable and sustainable presents both a challenge and an opportunity for growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity and giving back. I prioritize maintaining creative outlets and engaging in charitable activities, including my work as a certified yoga instructor and supporting various organizations.
