The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always stay curious , never stop learning and have faith in yourself. In the world of clinical research, science is constantly evolving, and staying open to new knowledge is essential for success. I’ve carried this advice throughout my career, allowing it to guide my approach to every clinical trial I manage. The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, delegation and organization. I believe that maintaining structure and clarity, whether I’m coordinating research studies or managing my home, creates space for efficiency, creativity, and peace of mind. Outside of work, I find balance and renewal through hiking and an aesthetic curator having a passion for doing up spaces , where I can disconnect, reflect, and bring out the creative side of me with attention to detail. These activities remind me of the importance of patience and growth, values that mirror my professional approach to ensuring every project I’m part of thrives through careful planning and continuous care.
