Roberta Davis

Roberta Davis is a certified Organizational Development Coach, accomplished author, and seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in the manufacturing / automotive industry, primarily with Toyota North America. Throughout her career, she has held progressive leadership roles in manufacturing, human resources, safety, and operations, culminating in her retirement as a Senior Manager. Known for her strategic thinking and people-first leadership style, Roberta now channels her expertise into coaching, consulting, and community empowerment through her work with SOAR | Leadership Development and her own consultancy, Genba Gold Development Consultants.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Roberta is the Founder and Executive Director of Operation Be You, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on empowering individuals to embrace their authentic selves. She is also a published author of two inspirational books: Count It All Joy and A Journey to Find Me, the latter co-authored. Both books are available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Roberta is passionate about leadership development, mental health advocacy and creating spaces where others can thrive—professionally and personally. She also has a non-profit chapter in Monrovia, Liberia. Her journey reflects resilience, purpose, and a deep commitment to lifting others as she climbs.

To always be your authentic self while developing the skills needed to be successful.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I absolutely love what I do! I have an opportunity every day to make a positive impact on the lives of teen girls; to give them the guidance and mentoring they need to be successful.
