Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents, who always motivated me to strive for greatness and instilled in me the values of hard work and perseverance. I am also grateful for the amazing people I have met throughout my career who have mentored, supported, and inspired me along the way. I have been fortunate to work with wonderful bosses and supervisors who became mentors and encouraged me not to let any position be my final destination. They often reminded me that there is always room for growth and that I have the potential to go on to accomplish amazing things.

I am someone who naturally looks for ways to improve situations and many times, those ideas have been incorporated into our everyday practices, which has been rewarding and motivating for me.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

A mentor once told me that there is always room for growth and that I should always be open to learning, improving, and pursuing new opportunities. It reminds me to view every role as a steppingstone that prepares me for the next level of leadership.”

Q

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in your voice and your abilities, even when you’re the newest person in the room. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, seek mentorship, and take on opportunities that challenge you. Growth often happens outside of your comfort zone. Also, remember that every role you take on is a chance to learn something that will prepare you for the next step in your career. Stay focused, remain open to learning, and surround yourself with people who support your growth.
