What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong work ethic, the guidance of exceptional mentors, and the ability to maintain a healthy work–life balance. Having a supportive and close-knit family has also been foundational, providing encouragement, perspective, and motivation throughout my journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering the industry to prioritize self-care and protect their well-being as they build their careers. Equally important is finding a strong network—mentors, peers, and trusted supporters—who you can lean on for guidance, encouragement, and growth along the way.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the field right now is the ongoing stigma surrounding mental health, which can prevent individuals from seeking help or accessing care early. At the same time, limited resources make it difficult to reach and support everyone who needs services, highlighting both the challenge and the opportunity to advocate for greater awareness, funding, and more equitable access to mental health care.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me most in both my work and personal life are transparency, passion, and making a meaningful impact. I believe in being open and honest in all interactions, bringing energy and dedication to everything I do, and focusing on creating positive change for the people and communities I serve.
