What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to fostering a proactive safety culture that aligns with corporate objectives. I focus on defining a clear safety vision that prioritizes people, the environment, and operational integrity. By integrating HSE goals with sustainability and ESG commitments, I help drive continuous improvement, accountability, and long-term organizational success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to lead with faith, discipline, and resilience—values that guide both my personal and professional life. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about achievement, but about using your gifts to serve others and make a difference. Inspired by my daughter’s love for singing and our family’s involvement in swimming, church, and outreach programs, I strive to support and empower others—especially students in Cameroon—to pursue their goals with confidence and purpose.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me—both personally and professionally—are passion, education, and advocacy. I believe that safety begins with knowledge, which is why I emphasize training on proper PPE use and educating others about potential risks. My commitment to ESG principles drives me to make responsible, ethical decisions that positively impact people and the environment. In my personal life, I value balance and family. As a spouse and parent of three, I find joy in supporting my children’s activities—whether it’s soccer, basketball, or band. These moments remind me that the same passion and dedication I bring to my work should also nurture the people and relationships that matter most.
