I attribute my success to a foundation built in pharmacy education and hands-on patient care, which taught me the importance of advocacy and systems thinking. Coupled with my experience in healthcare operations and my passion for community service, these experiences have guided me in creating meaningful impact through both my professional roles and my consulting firm, Intensity Health Solutions.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from mentors who challenged me to see beyond my own limits, blending precision, compassion, and strategic thinking, and showing me that service and excellence can go hand in hand. Their guidance inspires me to pay it forward by mentoring others.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in your vision and take steps to make it a reality, while surrounding yourself with positive, supportive people who can help guide and uplift you along the way.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me most are lifelong learning, leadership, and personal growth, balanced with time for family, fitness, and the simple joys like cooking that keep me grounded and recharged.
