01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to strong judgment, follow-through, and asking better questions than most people do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Stop chasing work-life balance and think instead in terms of work-life integration. Some periods demand more from work; others demand more from life. Allowing priorities to shift over time, rather than forcing a perfect daily split, creates space for intensity when it’s needed and recovery when it’s earned, without sacrificing long-term performance.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Determine your values early and let them guide you in the workplace. They become your compass as roles, expectations, and priorities inevitably shift.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity.
