Her Story
About Tracy
My journey into this work was very random - life experience took me out of architectural lighting and into finding our own inner light. I had a government job doing work that I hated, and then I lost my husband. That led me into needing to figure out how to change. I value efficiency, so I love helping other people make the big changes they need in the most effective way. I've been in my field for 5 years now, and my main area of expertise is helping people reduce stress. The main thing I do is guide my clients through transformative periods in their life. My most notable professional achievement so far has been preventing suicides. I'm also working with a couple other startups that are connector groups, connecting holistic practitioners in the Inland Northwest, and supporting local, shopping local - more local grassroots kinds of movements.

Ten minutes with Tracy
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to subconscious work - being able to change the programs that used to prevent me from even trying. That ability to work at the subconscious level and transform the limiting beliefs that once held me back has been the key to everything I've been able to accomplish.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is to find what you're really good at, and figure out how to become even better. And then deliver it to more people. That guidance has shaped how I approach my work and how I think about growing my impact.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Efficiency is a value I hold deeply - I love helping other people make the big changes they need in the most effective way. I also value creating loving, supportive spaces for people on any spiritual path, which is why I'm involved with Unity Spiritual Center of North Idaho. Supporting local, grassroots movements and connecting holistic practitioners in my community are also important to me.
