Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my dad, Wayne, who has always been my first and strongest supporter. His guidance, encouragement, and belief in me have been the foundation for everything I’ve achieved.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering family law to be prepared for the emotional intensity of the work, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and offering empathy to clients. Don’t try to run a practice alone—ask for help and build a trusted support team to guide you along the way.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are balancing my professional commitments with quality time for my family. I prioritize being present for my husband, my son, daughter, and granddaughter, enjoying family dinners, shopping, and self-care together. Professionally, I value integrity, collaboration, and active involvement through organizations like the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado LLP Committee.
