In every woman’s journey, there comes a moment when comfort begins to feel like compromise. The title is secure, the paycheck predictable, the path paved but something deeper stirs. A vision. A calling. A blueprint that doesn’t fit the mold. That’s where Take the Risk and Take Off was born not as a slogan, but as a strategy for restored leadership.

From Stability to Stewardship

I spent years in clinical research, mentoring professionals across Latin America and the U.S., leading high-performing teams, and stewarding complex operations. It was meaningful work, but it wasn’t my mission. I knew I was being called to build something that couldn’t be measured by metrics alone. Something rooted in restoration, legacy, and generational impact.

Leaving that stability wasn’t easy. But I didn’t leap blindly I leapt from clarity. I didn’t abandon security I stepped into stewardship. And that shift changed everything.

What Risk Really Means

Risk isn’t recklessness. It’s reverence. It’s the decision to honor what’s been entrusted to you, even when it defies conventional wisdom. Take the Risk and Take Off is about moving from survival to strategy, from performance to purpose.

Here’s what risk looked like for me:

• Submitting drafts, not masterpieces I stopped waiting to be “ready” and started showing up with what I had. Progress became my posture.
• Building lender-ready plans with integrity I didn’t chase funding I clarified the mission. Every document, every outreach, every proposal was crafted with gratitude and operational clarity.
• Modeling elevated communication I taught through my messaging declines, invitations, partnerships all became opportunities to mentor others in restored standards.
• Partnering through alignment, not accommodation I built coalitions with women, families, and organizations who shared INNATA’s values. Because alignment is the true currency of legacy.

The Takeoff Isn’t Just Yours

When you take the risk, you don’t just launch a business you activate a movement. You model what’s possible for others. You teach your children, your community, your collaborators that obedience is greater than optics.

Today, through INNATA Inc., Take the Risk and Take Off LLC, and RGM of SWFL, I mentor women to leap with discernment, not desperation. To build with clarity, not comparison. To lead with restoration, not resentment.
