What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to remaining humble and teachable throughout my career, having the curiosity to continuously learn, taking risks, and building meaningful connections. My academic, professional, and personal journey have taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of balancing personal and professional growth.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to take risks and never give up. Build connections, get to know people in the field, and prioritize networking. The pharmaceutical industry is highly competitive, and taking risks is essential—the worst anyone can say is “no,” but persistence and determination will open doors.
