Combined with my tenacity and commitment to personal and professional growth, their belief in me has been instrumental in shaping the person I am today.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take your negatives and turn them into positives. This mindset has taught me to view challenges as opportunities for growth rather than setbacks. By learning from difficult experiences and transforming them into valuable lessons, I’ve been able to build resilience, adapt to change, and approach every situation with a constructive and solution-oriented attitude.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in yourself and trust your abilities. Have faith in your journey, be patient with your progress, and give yourself grace along the way. Growth takes time, and setbacks are simply part of learning. Don’t let fear hold you back—take the leap, embrace new opportunities, and go for it with confidence and determination.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my career has been the sales aspect of the work. While I’ve always been passionate about building relationships and delivering results, navigating the complexities of sales—especially balancing targets with client needs—was initially outside my comfort zone. However, this challenge also became one of my greatest opportunities for growth. It pushed me to develop stronger communication, negotiation, and strategic skills, ultimately allowing me to become more confident and effective in every professional interaction.
