Her Interview

Ten minutes with Brianna (Brie)

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of self-awareness, persistence, and creativity. Being willing to reflect on my strengths and limitations has helped me grow both academically and personally, while persistence has allowed me to keep moving forward even during challenging periods. I also credit my creative practice, which encourages problem-solving, emotional insight, and adaptability. Together, these qualities have shaped my approach to learning, leadership, and meaningful work.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to trust their voice and take up space, even when they feel uncertain. Growth often comes from asking questions, setting boundaries, and allowing yourself to learn without needing to be perfect. Seek out mentors and communities that support both your ambition and your well-being, and don’t underestimate the value of empathy and creativity as professional strengths. Most importantly, define success on your own terms and protect the parts of yourself that make your perspective unique.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, empathy, and authenticity. I strive to act with honesty and ethical awareness, especially when my choices affect others. Empathy guides how I communicate, collaborate, and support the people around me, while authenticity allows me to show up fully as myself without sacrificing my values or boundaries. Together, these principles shape how I learn, create, and engage with my community.
