Elizabeth Adams is a seasoned sports industry professional, currently serving as the Director of Ticket Operations for the Oklahoma City Comets with the Oklahoma City Baseball Club. With extensive experience in ticket operations, sales, and customer service, Elizabeth has developed a reputation for strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, and creating exceptional fan experiences. Her work is marked by a commitment to operational excellence and cultivating positive relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Prior to her current role, Elizabeth held positions with the Corpus Christi Hooks, Fayetteville Woodpeckers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Daytona Tortugas, where she honed her skills in box office management, event ticketing, and creative problem-solving. Her career trajectory demonstrates her ability to adapt, lead teams effectively, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. She has consistently leveraged her analytical and communication skills to improve ticket sales processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Business from Stetson University, where she was active as a Resident Assistant, a member of Tri-Delta Sorority, and held leadership roles in the Sports Business Association. Passionate about giving back, she serves as a mentor with WISHING – Women in Sports Helping Inspire the Next Generation, supporting young women in Title I schools to explore careers in the sports industry. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys playing tennis, fostering cats and dogs, and spending time with her two beloved cats.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is effective time management, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality results.
