Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, cultivating strong relationships, and a willingness to learn through experience. Growing my confidence has come from pushing past feelings of intimidation in a male-dominated industry and embracing my strengths in communication, creativity, and customer care.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is not to let doubt—whether your own or others’—define what you’re capable of. Growth comes from showing up, asking questions, and demonstrating your abilities through action.

Don’t let intimidation hold you back. Change the narrative in your mind, ask questions with confidence, and focus on building knowledge and meaningful relationships—these matter far more than trying to prove yourself to skeptics.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is being taken seriously early in my career, particularly as a younger woman in industrial sales. At the same time, there is a tremendous opportunity in relationship-driven business—by building trust, cultivating loyal customers, and differentiating myself through exceptional service rather than competing solely on price, I can create lasting impact and long-term success.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are faith, integrity, empathy, consistency, and service. I strive to create welcoming environments where people feel seen and supported—whether they are customers, coworkers, or members of the community.
