01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a strong work ethic and a relentless drive to prioritize and advance my career. My ambition has always motivated me to push boundaries and strive for excellence in everything I do.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always know the answer before you present the problem.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Have the drive and passion for the industry. Recruitment is like sales but with people and to be able to cold call a Physician and have a conversation about coming to work for your company, it takes confidence.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Convincing hiring managers to consider someone that is a recent graduate and not someone that has 10 years of experience for their opening. Everyone wants experience.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Consistency is my superpower — I show up, even when it’s hard.I don’t wait to be asked; I anticipate needs and act.
