Julianna Fricchione, PMP, is a dynamic software implementation leader, change management consultant, and project manager with a passion for transforming complex HR and payroll systems into strategic business drivers. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, she co-founded the podcast Accelerating Humans, which explores the intersection of AI, technology, and the human experience, helping listeners navigate rapid technological change with empathy and insight. With experience spanning global consulting, HRIS implementations, and AI-powered solutions, Julianna brings both analytical rigor and creative energy to every project she leads.

I attribute my success to pushing myself even when it feels scary—when I feel stuck, I make the effort to take that step, embrace discomfort, and grow, because that’s where true greatness is achieved.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can achieve anything I work hard for—a belief that has guided me to be nominated as Most Strategic in my department of 250 and recognized as Woman of the Year.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to keep going and never stop trying, no matter how hard or challenging it gets.

The biggest opportunity in my field right now is growing my business and empowering others to join my team so we can achieve success together.
