She is currently retired after a long and successful career. Previously, she served as Executive Global Lean Leader at GE Vernova, Global Director of Continuous Improvement at Actuant Corporation, and VP of Operational Excellence for Building Technology and Solutions at Johnson Controls. Her career also includes lean and Six Sigma leadership at Sealed Air Corporation.
