Srilatha Nagarajan

I began my career as a lawyer in India, where I practiced criminal law. After getting married, I moved to the United States and transitioned into contracts management and risk management. I started in New Jersey before relocating to Southern California, which I loved so much that I stayed and continued to develop my risk management practice over the years. For the past six years, I've served as Director of Vendor Management, where every day involves getting vendor partnerships established, conducting onboarding and due diligence, managing contract reviews, obtaining approvals, and ensuring we achieve cost reductions and savings. I oversee the entire lifecycle of vendor partnerships. What I'm most proud of professionally is my ability to influence people, gain their trust, and get things done while maintaining a risk balance between all teams. My personal achievement so far is gaining the trust of all stakeholders within the company - they trust that we will get the job done.
