What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Enjoy your work. If you don't enjoy your work, you're not going to be good at it. Be proud of what you do.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered in my field is the unequal recognition that can exist, particularly for women. Throughout my career, I’ve experienced situations where my contributions were not acknowledged to the same extent as those of my male counterparts. At the same time, these experiences have presented opportunities to advocate for equity, demonstrate leadership, and mentor others, helping to create a more inclusive and supportive professional environment.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I value honesty, friendliness, accountability, and balance. I strive to build trust through transparent communication, foster positive relationships, take responsibility for my actions, and maintain a healthy balance that allows me to thrive personally and professionally.
