Alexa Levin, MBA, is a human resources professional specializing in compensation strategy, pay equity, and market analysis. She currently serves as Compensation Manager at Rockline Industries, where she leverages her expertise in compensation structures, salary band alignment, and data-driven decision-making to foster fair and competitive practices that support organizational success.

Prior to her current role, Alexa built a strong career foundation in compensation analytics, serving as Senior Compensation Analyst at Orion Advisor Solutions and previously at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where she designed and implemented large-scale pay structures, ensured FLSA compliance, and developed equity-focused compensation plans. Earlier in her career, she held analyst roles with MGM Resorts International and Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where she honed her skills in operations analysis, data visualization, and revenue management.

Alexa earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Lee Business School, with a focus on Human Resources, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Dedicated to continuous professional development, she has also earned certifications in Excel Modeling, Business Analysis, and Data Visualization.

Outside of her career, Alexa loves to travel and frequently visits family in Australia.
