Breanna Neff
Breanna Neff is a dedicated Health and Wellness Coach whose work is deeply rooted in her personal journey, academic background, and unwavering commitment to the neurodivergent community. She originally studied psychology at the University of Charleston for three years, a path inspired by her passion for human behavior and emotional well-being. When her son was diagnosed with autism, her life and career direction shifted profoundly. This experience not only strengthened her advocacy but also motivated her to expand her understanding of neurodevelopment, mental health, and the lived realities of families navigating similar paths. She has since become an active supporter of ADHD, Bipolar, PTSD, and Autism nonprofits—using her voice, education, and lived experience to uplift others.
Driven by a desire to create real, evidence-informed change, Breanna is now pursuing pre-medical studies at Liberty University. Her goal is to merge neuroscience, psychology, and medical knowledge to better serve neurodivergent individuals and families. This academic pivot reflects her belief that supporting others begins with understanding the science behind their needs—and that healing is most powerful when approached holistically. Her work through Limitless NeuroMind embodies this mission, offering coaching rooted in neuroscience, emotional regulation, and personalized wellness frameworks.
As both a mother and a neurodivergent woman herself, Breanna brings a level of empathy, clarity, and authenticity that resonates deeply with her clients. She strives to create a judgment-free space where individuals feel seen and supported, helping them build skills that honor how their unique brains operate. Whether she’s coaching families, studying for her future in medicine, or advocating for mental health and neurodiversity, Breanna’s purpose remains constant: to empower others to understand themselves, embrace their strengths, and move through the world with confidence and compassion.
