What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to take up space—don’t be afraid to claim your seat at the table and make your voice heard.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is at the core of everything I do. As a mother of two young daughters, I strive to set an example of hard work, integrity, and balance. They inspire me to show up fully—both professionally and personally—with purpose and heart.
